Maria Plevritis is a lifelong Chicagoan with a deep appreciation for the city’s vibrant neighborhoods, rich culture, undeniable grit, and Midwestern spirit. Raised on Chicago’s Northwest Side within the Greek community, she remains deeply connected to her roots while enjoying everything the city and surrounding suburbs have to offer. Maria has cultivated long-standing relationships, and built a reputation for delivering exceptional, personalized service.
A graduate of DePaul University and Dominican University with degrees in Business and Finance, Maria brings a strong financial foundation to every real estate transaction. As a real estate investor herself, she understands the financial considerations, opportunities, and long-term strategies behind every purchase, sale, and investment decision.
Her experience as an HOA Board President overseeing both residential and commercial matters further distinguishes her expertise. With firsthand knowledge of governance, budgeting, reserve studies, bylaws, and negotiating service contracts, she understands the critical details that protect property values and homeowners. This unique perspective allows her to guide clients with clarity and confidence.
Maria has recently closed multiple transactions, with several properties coming soon, and under contract. She is known for her direct, yet comforting communication style, attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to going above and beyond. She ensures each transaction is strategic and tailored to clients’ unique needs.
Beyond real estate, Maria is committed to community service and civic engagement. She serves on the Board of Trustees for Hellenic American Academy, is an active member of the Old Irving Park Association, and previously served on the Associate Board of Chicago Scholars from 2020 to 2023. Her philanthropic involvement also includes supporting organizations such as Operation Warm, Make-A-Wish Foundation, Feed My Starving Children, and Junior Achievement.
